Sash window repairs in Soham

Sash Window Preservation were asked to carry out extensive sash window repair on two bay windows in Soham, Cambridgeshire. All window sills, exterior cheeks and sash stiles all needed attention due to gutter problems in the past. The team removed all sections of rotten wood and spliced in new. All timber was then primed ready for decorating.

 

The project also included draught proofing another eight sash windows across the property which were in much better condition but still benefited from our draught proofing system along with the added benefit that their sash windows now glide as they should.
