The Deanery sash windows refurbishment in Norwich

You have to love your work when you are given an opportunity to carry out works in such a well-known building in Norwich. The Deanery’s house in The Cathedral grounds was in need of our restoration service due to the windows being painted shut and Cord Renewal. There were huge draughts coming through the windows due to them being poorly ill-fitting.

 

All staff and parting beads were replaced with bespoke beading fitted with our draught proof system.  Windows were planed into the box to ensure that the meeting rails were flush and the windows functioned as they originally did. The works were carried out on behalf of Draper & Nichols.
